Position Overview: We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer with hands-on experience in executing and coordinating civil, marine, and dredging works. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, supervising, and ensuring smooth project execution on-site, while meeting quality, safety, and timeline standards. Key Responsibilities: -Assist the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations for civil and marine construction works. -Monitor project progress, site activities, and ensure works are carried out according to design, specifications, and schedule. -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues. -Prepare method statements, work programs, and progress reports. -Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards. -Liaise with procurement team for timely delivery of materials and equipment. -Support permit applications, documentation, and project handover processes. -Attend site meetings and provide engineering solutions when required. Requirements: -Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline. -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–6 years of experience in civil/marine/dredging construction projects will have an added advantage. -Strong knowledge of structural works, marine infrastructure (e.g., jetty, quay wall, breakwater), or dredging operations. -Familiar with construction drawings, method statements, and project scheduling tools. -Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. -Willing to work on-site, including on-board vessels or ships when required. -Able to work on rotation shifts and adapt to marine working environments. -Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software is an advantage.
