Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data within the system by performing regular data cleansing, and validation checks. Ensure proper data entry protocols, duplication control, and timely updates, to support reliable reporting and effective decision-making.
Assist and optimize end-to-end customer service and sales workflows to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and overall customer experience. Assist sales manager to identify gaps and implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist and coordinate customer engagement by ensuring timely, accurate, and communication throughout the sales cycle. Support quotation process by standardizing templates, improving turnaround time, and ensuring pricing accuracy in agreement and alignment with customer requirements.
