Logistics Solutions Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Solutions Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in client engagement, and has a deep understanding of logistics solutions, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency
• Manage and enhance transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies to optimize service delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational success
• Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive performance improvements
• Lead client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and operational readiness
• Monitor industry trends and propose innovative logistics improvements to maintain competitive advantage
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements to maintain operational integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in Singapore
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
