About Our Client:
Our client, an established international luxury brand, is seeking customer service professionals to support daily operations in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare beverages efficiently while maintaining consistent product quality, and follow standard service procedures strictly.
Collect feedback and operational issues, and report to management in a timely manner.
Participate in planning, discussion and on-site execution of brand promotional activities.
Continuously learn professional knowledge and upgrade practical skills; provide on-the-job training to team members.
Oversee daily bar operations, including stock taking, ordering, goods receiving, shelf-life control and warehouse management.
Ensure all opening, closing, cleaning and product display works comply with operational standards.
Motivate the team, train new joiners, and clearly convey work requirements and service standards to all staff.
Complete other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Recognise the brand culture, passionate about coffee & beverage industry, and willing to grow together with the team.
Proficient in operating mainstream bar equipment with stable and high-volume production capability. Candidates with competition awards or working experience at famous brands will be an advantage.
Associate degree or above. Majors in Tourism Management, Hotel Management, F&B and Retail are preferred; relevant working experience in coffee, beverage and bar industry is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in retail outlet operation or bar supervision role.
Self-motivated with strong learning ability; fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
Responsible, courteous, proactive, enthusiastic and keen observation skills.

負責吧台整體營運管理,包括盤點貨品、落單訂貨、驗收貨物、貨品效期監控及倉儲管理。
確保開档、收档、清潔及貨品陳列等工作均符合營運標準。
帶動團隊氣氛,負責新入職員工培訓,準確向下屬傳達工作指示及服務標準。執行上級
安排之其他臨時工作。
入職要求
認同品牌文化,熱愛咖啡、調酒及飲品行業,願意與團隊共同成長。
熟悉各類吧台主流設備,具備高效穩定的出品能力;曾獲行業賽事獎項、於大型品牌任職者優先考慮。
專科或以上學歷,旅遊管理、酒店、餐飲、零售相關科系優先;擁有咖啡、調酒相關從業背景者優先。
具備 2 年或以上門店營運、吧台管理相關工作經驗。
具備主動學習能力及自我驅動力,英語聽、講、讀、寫流利。
為人有責任心、待人有禮、工作主動熱情,具備敏銳的觀察力。
