Key Responsibilities

Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Assurance structure and systems.

Develop and implement comprehensive quality policies, procedures, and SOPs covering Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), and claims management.

Actively participate in APQP processes, providing key inputs for New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production readiness.

Monitor and manage supplier and subcontractor quality performance, ensuring on-site operations meet company standards.

Provide training, coaching, and guidance to QC technicians and subcontractors.

Serve as a key member of the ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 working team, ensuring full compliance with international quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor role.

Strong experience in the EV, E-motor, E-bike, or robotics industries is highly preferred. Experience with suppliers of key components to these industries will also be considered.

Professional Skills & Requirements

Solid knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and electrical devices.

Good working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, and FMEA is a strong advantage.

Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
