Jobscope

• Logistics Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee transportation, delivery schedules, and inventory movements.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Inventory Control: Track and manage stock levels, procurement needs, and warehouse activities.
• Project Support: Assist the coordinator team with event or project setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination where required.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operational workflows.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and inventory; prepare periodic logistics reports.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operational and logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
Organised, detail-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Excellent communicator with strong teamwork and execution skills
Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or related field is a bonus!
