Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Civil/Structural Site Engineer to lead on-site engineering operations, manage project progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with design and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical and engineering activities on-site to ensure smooth execution of civil and structural works
• Monitor and coordinate project progress, promptly identifying and resolving site issues to maintain schedule and quality
• Prepare and deliver accurate project status reports to internal teams and external stakeholders for informed decision-making
• Coordinate structural details and oversee design implementation to align with overall project objectives and specifications
• Ensure all site work complies with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
• Adapt and respond effectively to challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment to maintain project continuity

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil/structural site engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Strong coordination skills demonstrated by managing site activities and stakeholder communication
