Job Summary

As a Sales Interior Designer, you will drive client engagement and deliver tailored interior design and space planning solutions. You will coordinate and supervise project sites, contributing to business growth through sales and team development within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to understand and translate their interior design needs into actionable plans that enhance customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute interior design and space planning solutions that align with client expectations and project requirements
• Coordinate project site activities to ensure timely progress and effective communication among stakeholders
• Supervise project sites to maintain quality standards and adherence to design specifications
• Collaborate with team members to build a cohesive sales and design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and entrepreneurship
• Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to identify sales opportunities and contribute to business expansion
• Engage in training programs during the probation period to acquire necessary skills and knowledge for effective performance
