Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance the employee experience
Handle work injury cases and manage the entire process from reporting to closure
Support the HSIM trial to improve, implement, and enhance the HR system, thereby increasing HR efficiency and improving user satisfaction
Actively participate in employee engagement initiatives and foster open communication within the team
Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the security or professional services industry
Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
