Job Summary

You will perform administrative duties supporting construction projects, lead and monitor worker schedules, and assist colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations in our office.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, data entry, and manage phone communications to support office operations
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and purchasing of materials
• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
• Lead workers to follow their daily schedules and monitor punctuality to maintain project timelines
• Prioritize assigned tasks to meet deadlines effectively
• Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and assist colleagues as needed
• Complete ad-hoc assignments promptly as directed by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles within the construction field to enhance task efficiency
