Role & Responsibilty

• Responsible for quantity take-offs and Cost Control functions for project.
• Subcontracts management.
• Preparation of monthly progress claims for work completed.
• Tracking of Subcontractors/ Suppliers obligations required as per agreement.
• Administering variations to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Identification and pricing of variations to the Contract.
• Assist in preparation of monthly commercial report.
• Maintaining registers of variations, extension of time claims.
• Liaising effectively with site engineers and supervisors to ensure all relevant information in relation to variations. and extension of time claims is captured.
• Any other duties as may be required by the Company.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree
• Minimum 2 to 5 years experience as a quantity surveyor
• Able to work 6 days work week.
