Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Perform, and lead all testing jobs (elect/xray/decap/xrf/solder)
Introduce testing methods / machines to fulfill company standard
Support testing for A commodity products
Responsible to maintain testing equipment in good condition
Understand latest testing standard and communicate with other warehouses
Prepare / approve testing report
Support receiving / inspection when necessary
Other duties assigned by manager
Requirements
Computer hobbyist able to assemble and upgrade computers
Tech minded with basic knowledge of boards, processors, etc.
Ability to follow all health and safety procedures/regulations as dictated by Rand and the state
Organized with strong attention-to-detail
Able to follow directions (written/verbal) with good math and computer skills
Good level in Microsoft Word, Excel and office; inventory software skills a plus
Good communication skills (must be able to read and write English proficently)
Ability to multi-task

执行并主导所有测试工作(电性测试 / X射线 / 去封装 / XRF / 焊接)
引入测试方法及设备,以满足公司标准
支持A类产品的测试工作
负责维护测试设备,确保其处于良好状态
了解最新测试标准,并与其他仓库进行沟通
编写 / 审批测试报告
在必要时支持收货及检验工作
完成经理安排的其他工作
岗位要求
电脑爱好者,能够组装及升级电脑
具备技术背景,了解主板、处理器等基础知识
能够遵守公司及当地规定的所有健康与安全程序/法规
具备良好的组织能力及高度的细节关注能力
能够按照书面或口头指示工作,并具备良好的数学及电脑操作能力
熟练使用 Microsoft Word、Excel 及办公软件;具备库存管理软件经验者优先
良好的沟通能力(必须具备良好的英文读写能力)
具备多任务处理能力
