Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Integration

- Build and deploy AI voice agents and chatbots (inbound and outbound) - Design conversational flows for sales, customer service, collections, and support - Integrate with APIs, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel), and telephony systems (Twilio, SIP, 3CX) - Work with LLM-based and speech-to-speech architectures

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Conduct end-to-end testing of AI conversations (voice and text) - Identify issues in latency, intent recognition, response accuracy, and conversation flow - Perform A/B testing and prompt optimization - Analyze transcripts, logs, and analytics to improve performance

Project Management

- Manage client deployments and timelines - Coordinate between engineering, sales, and customer success teams - Translate business requirements into AI workflows - Track deliverables and ensure timely execution

Optimization & Performance

- Improve conversion rates, automation rates, and customer experience - Monitor metrics such as call completion rate, drop-offs, and lead qualification accuracy

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Experience with LLMs and conversational AI platforms - Knowledge of voice AI systems (STT, TTS, telephony) - API integrations (REST, webhooks) - Programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript preferred)

Testing & QA

- Experience in QA/testing for conversational systems - Ability to debug real-time interaction issues

Project Management

- Experience managing client-facing technical projects - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

- Experience with platforms like Twilio, Vapi, Retell, Dialogflow - Knowledge of prompt engineering - Experience in call center or CX workflows - Exposure to multilingual AI systems

What Success Looks Like

- AI agents running with low latency and high accuracy - Smooth client deployments - Continuous improvement in automation and conversion rates
