Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our team. The role involves developing and customizing Salesforce applications, working with Agile methodologies, and supporting web development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in Salesforce technologies and DevOps practices while contributing to business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Salesforce application development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows.
• Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow Builder to design and implement business solutions.
• Develop using OmniStudio, OmniScripts, or Public Sector Solutions where required.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git), and version control systems.
• Apply knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Build and maintain web solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Perform manual test cases to ensure functionality and usability meet business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development.

Certifications (Advantageous)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce application development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow Builder.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of OmniStudio, OmniScripts, or Public Sector Solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git), and version control systems.
