About The Role

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing and operations within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. We believe that an efficient and well-connected supply chain is key to delivering meaningful impact to our customers and communities. You will also work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the smooth and timely flow of products to our customers.

Expect a learning journey where you will contribute to meaningful projects as well as gain exposure to warehouse and logistics operations.

This is a full-time internship with a preferred duration of 6 months. However, shorter tenures may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on academic schedules and individual circumstances. The internship is open to polytechnic and university students who are currently enrolled and able to commit for the agreed duration.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about eCommerce and trade business operations to contribute to project outcomes
  • Perform picking, packing, sorting, and labeling of goods for B2B and B2C orders
  • Perform customization and personalization of products by using the UV printer (training will be provided)
  • Contribute to logistics coordination such as helping with shipment tracking, distribution schedules, and warehouse operations
  • Prepare for delivery and shipment of goods, and liaise with necessary vendors and stakeholders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, and perform necessary documenting
  • Perform cycle count and physical inventory check
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse and ensure compliance with safety requirements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Management or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating across departments
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn about end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and cross-functional environment.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in supply chain or operations after graduation.
  • Able to commit to a full 6-month internship, with a preferred start date in June or July 2026
