Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in POS technology and industry trends.
  • Educate clients on new features, updates, and enhancements to our POS systems.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
  • Proactively addresses customer issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Forecasts and plans for future growth of the existing accounts.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and sales pipeline.



Qualification

  • sBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • .3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
  • .Proven track record of success in building client relationships and driving account growth
  • .Strong understanding of POS systems and their applications is a significant advantage
  • .Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Moderate proficiency in Mandarin preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
