  • Manage and organize client audit documents such as financial statements, vouchers, bank statements, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with clients to request and follow up on required audit documents.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to audit teams, including preparing basic working papers and data entry.
  • Assist in scheduling audit assignments and meetings with clients.
  • Maintain proper filing and records of completed audit engagements for future reference.
  • Support auditors in drafting simple reports or audit summaries for review.
  • Ensure deadlines are tracked and audit deliverables are submitted on time.
  • Handle correspondence, communication, and logistical arrangements related to audit assignments.
  • Assist in ensuring audit procedures comply with professional standards (ISA, MIA guidelines, or company policies).


Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Previous experience in administration or audit-related work is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills (able to liaise with clients and audit teams).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with document management systems.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
