Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive, based in Kelang. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Additionally, the executive will analyze customer data to inform sales strategies and support the achievement of business goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Retention and Customer Experience management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective Sales skills to maximize business opportunities
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and trends
  • Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
