Dah Chong Hong, Ltd is a diversified business conglomerate specializing in three core businesses—Mobility, Consumer, and Healthcare & Logistics—serving partners and customers across Hong Kong, mainland China and Southeast Asia markets We invite candidates with the requisite profile to apply for the following position:

Division: Group Human Resources


Responsibilities
Compensation & Benchmarking

  • Conduct salary benchmarking using market survey data (e.g., Willis Towers Watson, Aon, Mercer)
  • Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation structures
  • Support annual salary review, bonus planning, and incentive cycles

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Perform advanced analysis on compensation and benefits data to identify trends and insights
  • Prepare reports for leadership (e.g., turnover cost, pay gap analysis, reward effectiveness)
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR and reward-related data

Rewards Program Management

  • Assist in designing and managing short-term and long-term incentive plans
  • Evaluate effectiveness and cost efficiency of reward programs
  • Maintain job grading framework and ensure role consistency across the organization

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure reward practices comply with local labor laws and tax regulations
  • Support development and update of compensation & benefits policies
  • Maintain governance and documentation of reward processes

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Work with HRIS systems to manage compensation data. Prior experience or knowledge in BIPO is an advantage
  • Identify opportunities to improve reward processes and automation
  • Support system enhancements and compensation cycle tools

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of HR experience in compensation & benefits / total rewards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Experience in multinational companies or consulting firms preferred
  • Exposure to regional or global reward frameworks is an advantage
  • Knowledge in job evaluation methodologies would be a plus
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high data accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, modeling, data analysis); knowledge of BI tools is a plus
  • Language fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
