Channel Development Manager
Responsibilities
1. Develop logistics agents, build and continuously optimize the freight forwarding sales network, and establish long-term stable partnerships.
2. Formulate channel development plans based on company business objectives and achieve sales performance targets.
3. Proactively identify potential cooperative resources, expand the network of freight forwarders and agents, broaden sales coverage, and drive steady growth in logistics business.
4. Coordinate internal sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely response to channel clients' service needs and business requirements.
5. Regularly analyze market dynamics and competitor landscape, optimize channel strategies to increase market share.
6. Maintain existing channel partnerships, promote deeper business collaboration and cross-regional synergy.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above. Majors in logistics management, international trade, supply chain management, or related fields are preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or related industries, with proven experience in channel development or sales management.
3. Familiar with air and ocean freight import/export processes across Greater China. Understanding of space procurement, customs clearance, and supporting logistics service operations.
4. Strong business negotiation skills, customer relationship management capabilities, and teamwork spirit.
5. Candidates with existing channel resources from airlines, shipping lines, freight forwarding peers, or direct clients are preferred.
