Job Description

Responsibilities

Epsilon is a global telecommunications business providing network,colocation and voice services. The priority of the business is to develop its data business.

Epsilon has been acquired by  South Korean telecommunications company KT Corp. on September 2021. With Epsilon’s connectivity solutions spanning cloud connectivity, ethernet(DCI), SD-WAN, colocation services and KT’s integrated telecommunications services, customers, and resources. Epsilon is looking forward to expand our presence in the global data connectivity market.

An internal Sales function providing first class support to our Sales Managers and Customers. Supporting in all daily admin tasks and customer communication to help achieve the team and individualtargets of the sale team.

  • Administration tasks including updating eStream, quotation modules, raising order forms, capacity checks, distance checks
  • Providing internal and Customer support on orders placed via the Epsilon Infiny platform
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Assist Sales Managers by helping to coordinate bids and proposals with procurement and sales engineering to ensure that the customer orders are correct as proposed and matches the client expectations
  • Obtaining the details for new customers, setting them up on the Entity Management Portal
  • Uploading any documents and customer contact information onto the central system.
  • Proactive intervention when clients are cancelling services to understand the reasons for the cancellation and counter propose alternatives if possible. Endeavour to mitigate churn
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required from time to time
  • Timely updates, quotes, and proposal to clients
  • Accurate administration
  • Updating the quotation and Forecasting tool
  • Ensuring client contacts and details are up to date in the Entity management portal


Requirements

  • Previous telecommunications experience highly desirable
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience of raising pricing and quotes essential
  • Experience of working within a customer facing role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Commercial awareness of the telecomsmarket
  • Efficient with Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Logical and detailed approach to all tasks undertaken
