Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of VIP Host functions.
• Co-ordinate with relevant marketing teams to drive campaign and promotion redemptions, player retention and development.
• Lead and communicate to VIP Host team members on company policies and procedures, monitor and drive team performance towards achieving KPIs.
• Support the senior management in the development and implementation of training programs for VIP Host team members.
• Supervise transactions performed by VIP Host to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards.
  

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in managing high-value portfolios and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Prior experience in the gaming industry or integrated resort environment is a must
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, resourceful and with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
