Location: Seletar Aerospace
Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across HR operations and processes
Track and manage work pass applications and renewals (e.g., EP, S Pass, Work Permit) in compliance with MOM requirements
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems for new hires, contractors, interns, and service providers
Support recruitment events
Coordinate and support internal events and HR initiatives (e.g., onboarding sessions, audiometric tests, employee engagement activities, focus groups)
Prepare HR documents such as employment certification letters, medical forms, and other employee-related correspondence
Administer employee benefits enrolment, including Group Insurance and flexible benefits (Flex Dollars)
Support payroll-related administration (e.g., data collation, verification) where required
Manage and update internal communications and social media platforms with company events and employer branding content
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working with HR system (Success Factor) and digital tools
