Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the F&B industry.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Expand the company's market presence and customer portfolio.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer demands.
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend business growth initiatives.

4. Supplier & Partnership Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
  • Identify strategic business partners and distribution channels.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing arrangements.

5. Product Promotion & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Introduce new products to customers and expand product penetration.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.

6. Revenue & Performance Management

  • Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives set by management.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.

7. Contract Negotiation

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements with customers and partners.
  • Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with company policies.

8. Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market developments, and business opportunities.
  • Present business performance updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Contribute to the company's long-term growth and expansion strategies.
