Job Description

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive new warehouse sales opportunities and actively develop new customer relationships.

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding expected sales targets.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams handling sales of other business divisions to align strategies and maximize synergies.

• Conduct customer meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare professional sales materials and proposals.

• Preparing periodical reports and meeting the submission deadline.

• Perform data analysis and develop insights to support customer proposals and internal decision-making.

• Lead and manage project set-ups for new customer accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and successful handover to operations.

• Maintain regular business reviews with customers after onboarding, focusing on relationship development and customer satisfaction.

• Propose KPI tracking frameworks, performance reviews, and operational improvement plans to customers.

Qualification:

• At least 7 years’ experience in logistics field as customers &/or logistics service providers

• At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse sales or business development.

• Relevant experience of project management as project leader or sub-leader

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.

• Proven track record in sales and customer acquisition within the logistics/warehousing sector.

• Project management experience in handling new account set-ups and solution implementation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.

• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a cross functional team.

• Relevant experiences on data analysis and project P/L

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
