Key Responsibilities:
Manage and guide a team of customer service staff to ensure all customer orders are completed successfully
Be the main point of contact for customers via email and phone—handling paperwork, answering inquiries, and solving any issues that pop up.
Oversee and monitor shipments to make sure everything clears customs and gets delivered on schedule.
Drive the team to meet and exceed daily targets (KPIs) for all incoming and outgoing activities.
Ensure customer invoices are processed and sent out accurately and on time.
Lead regular stock checks, audits, and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Job Requirements :
Min. Diploma holder and above
Min. 5 years of similar working experience
Has hands-on warehouse working experience as warehouse supervisor
