Responsibilities
Personal Assistant
Job Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate the Chairman's daily schedule, meetings, and business trips;
2. manage schedules and send reminders; handle receptions for key clients; assist in business negotiations and conference coordination;
3. draft and organize meeting minutes and important documents;
4. ensure proper archiving and confidentiality of materials;
5. convey the Chairman's instructions and follow up on task implementation;
6. manage the Chairman's personal travel arrangements, daily affairs, and professional interactions while strictly protecting privacy;
7. provide temporary support and address urgent tasks.
2. Administrative and HR Management:
Oversee daily administrative tasks of the company, including venue management, office supply procurement, and fixed asset registration and inventory.
Archival classification and preservation, reception of visitors, etc.
Assist with personnel-related tasks, including employee attendance tracking, leave registration, overtime verification, and attendance data organization; support onboarding and offboarding procedures, as well as labor contract archiving.
3. Club operation management: Oversee daily operational management of the club to ensure standardized service processes, a clean and orderly environment, and enhanced customer experience.
Responsible for team management, including employee scheduling and training.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of PA experience;
proficiency in Mandarin and English;
valid Class III driver's license issued by Singapore;
flexible working hours available;
organized, reliable, and detail-oriented;
salary:
SGD 6,000–9,000 (amount subject to experience); performance-based bonus; telephone and transportation allowances.
