Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QC Inspector to oversee welding quality and safety, ensuring compliance with project quality plans, specifications, and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of modern welding to inspect and verify welding activities for quality and safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of quality requirements
• Verify construction quality aligns with the approved Project Quality Plan
• Interpret and implement project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), procedures, and specification requirements
• Verify materials against drawings, cutting plans, and QC reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct visual inspections of welding work and document findings in detailed reports
• Perform fit-up inspections against drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) to confirm proper assembly
• Demonstrate and enforce correct welding procedures on site to maintain quality standards
• Identify and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) promptly when non-compliance is observed
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements are consistently met and comply with all relevant regulations
• Conduct inspections related to Structure, Mechanical, Piping, and Blasting activities as required
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager or QHSE Engineer
