About the Role

This role supports Air Products services by coordinating airline rates and related administrative tasks. It also assists the Tender Desk and Air Customer Service Team with buy rates and helps build strong, professional relationships with air carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee airline allocation, scheme rate management, and associated administrative tasks
• Take charge of rate procurement and delivery to the Tender Desk and Air CS Team
• Keep market rates current and well-maintained at all times
• Build and sustain strong carrier relationships
• Track and report on carrier performance regularly
• Deliver market intelligence on prevailing buy rates across different carriers
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree preferred
• Strategic planning and organizational skills for rate buying and airline capacity
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle tight deadlines
• Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders
• Demonstrates positivity, honesty, and openness when working across departments
