Job Description:

• Liaise and communicate with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tender documents and contracts based on project requirements.
• Monitor upcoming and ongoing projects for tender opportunities.
• Handle sales inquiries and build long-term business relationships with existing clients and contractors.
• Conduct commercial negotiation with clients for potential and ongoing projects.
• Follow up closely on projects process and completion to ensure delivery within schedule, budget, required quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to develop suitable technical solutions and project strategies for clients.
• Work collaboratively across all organizational levels to ensure projects are executed efficiently with appropriate resource utilization.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification is required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales / project management, preferable within the Construction industry.
• Japanese language (spoken and written) is essential for this role as the successful candidate requires to communicate and coordinate regularly with Japanese speaking clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Able to commit extended working hours when necessary.

Working Hours: (Mon to Fri): 9am to 5.30pm
