Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Helpdesk Support on a secondment basis to support daily IT operations within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to internal users (onsite and remote)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Handle user account setup, password resets, and access management
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Liaise with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with bank IT security policies and procedures
Requirements
Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
1–3 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience
Familiar with Windows environment (Office 365 preferred)
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN)
Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
Responsible, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Willing to work on a shift basis, including overnight shifts
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Experience in banking or financial institutions is a plus
