Zheng Da International Financial Holding Limited is a licensed entity under the Securities and Futures Commission (Central Entity Number: BOP620), engaged in regulated activities of type 2 and type 5, namely Dealing in Futures Contracts and Advising on Futures Contracts. Mainly engaged in commodity futures brokerage and financial futures brokerage business.

Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients to gather all required documentation for new account openings

Verifying client identities and checking that all application forms are completed accurately

Inputting client information into our account opening systems and ensuring all records are up-to-date

Coordinating with internal teams to expedite the account opening process

Addressing client queries and providing excellent customer service throughout the onboarding journey

Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on account opening activity

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar account opening or customer service role within the financial services industry

Strong knowledge of account opening procedures, documentation requirements and industry regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients

Having the SFC License type 2 or relevant working experience is preferred.

Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

Fluency in written and spoken English,Cantonese and Mandarin.
