Responsibilities
Job Description:
Liaise/Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status
Issue sales and purchase order
Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to vendor and customers
Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment
RFQ for new model/new projects
Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks
Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts
Other duties assigned.
Requirements :
Diploma Holder in any field
Experience using SAP software and sales coordination experiences in electronics manufacturing industry may be advantageous
