What You'll Do

Present Colife’s coliving apartments and run daily viewings across Hong Kong Island.
Communicate with clients throughout the full sales cycle: from the first message to handing over the keys.
Identify real client needs and offer the best housing options for each person.
Work with existing tenants: renew contracts, offer upgrades, and keep communication smooth.
Build and manage your own effective logistics and viewing schedule.
Work with our CRM and keep your client updates clean and organized.
Handle documents: license agreements, invoices, and other essential paperwork.

What You Need

Hard Skills

Strong sales instincts and confidence at every stage of the sales pipeline.
Strong ability to identify true client needs.
Skilled in objection handling and negotiation.
Great time management and ability to build your own productive daily route.
English C1 level.
Cantonese is a great bonus (but not a must!).
Good knowledge of Hong Kong districts.
