The Sr Specialist ODM Operations & Data will play a critical role in scaling Hasbro's Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) model across the region. This role ensures ODM products are commercially and system-ready-with clean data, accurate costing, and complete item setup-so speed and innovation translate into sell-in readiness, revenue realization, and margin confidence.
Working in close partnership with the Senior ODM Program Manager and cross-functional partners across Finance, Sourcing, QA, and Global Brand & Commercial teams, this role connects product execution to business performance. You will help eliminate late-stage commercialization gaps, improve leadership confidence in the numbers, and build the operational discipline required to scale ODM successfully across Asia.
What You'll Do:
Commercial & System Readiness
Own accurate and timely setup of ODM products in Hasbro systems, including PLM, ERP, SAP, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of BOMs, product costing and margin data, packaging and labeling specifications, minimum order quantities, and other commercial attributes required for sell-in.
Drive data quality and readiness standards across ODM programs to eliminate late-stage gaps that can delay commercialization, order readiness, or revenue recognition.
Partner across teams to ensure item setup, product data, and system handoffs are completed on time and to a high standard.
Revenue & Margin Enablement
Partner closely with Finance to validate margin realization and track forecast versus actuals across ODM programs.
Maintain clear linkage between ODM projects, item setup, costing inputs, and financial reporting.
Proactively identify and escalate data, cost, or setup risks that could impact revenue timing, margin delivery, or launch readiness.
Support disciplined change control and cost visibility to improve commercial decision-making.
Operational Reporting & Visibility
Build and maintain clean, reliable ODM dashboards covering commercial readiness, revenue realization, and margin performance.
Provide leadership with confidence in the numbers by reducing reliance on manual workarounds or shadow tracking.
Monitor key readiness metrics, surface risks and trends, and help drive action plans to keep programs on track.
Continuously improve data governance, reporting discipline, and operational processes to support scale.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work closely with the Senior ODM Program Manager to align execution timing, milestones, and handoffs.
Partner with Finance, Sourcing, QA, and Global Brand & Commercial teams to ensure ODM products are fully ready for sell-in.
Act as a connective point across functions, bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Help establish scalable ways of working that improve speed, accuracy, and accountability across ODM operations in Asia.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
6-10 years of experience in product operations, commercialization, item setup, supply chain operations, master data, or related data management roles.
