J&D Holdings Limited Hiring! Full Time Training Assistant - Assistant Officer (Learning and Development) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Keep all training materials update to latest operations guidelines

• Get full understanding of the operations guidelines to assure the accuracy of lessons provided

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) through different ways

• Responsible for design, delivery and arrange of different in-house training programs independently (including classroom training, on-site guidance and practical training)

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs

• Maintain training records and expenses documentation (e.g. data entry, course enrollment, attendance records, logistics arrangement etc.)

• Oversee the operation of training kitchen, including food preparation, cleaning, maintenance, and safety

• Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies for training

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related disciplines

• 1-2 years relevant experience preferably in retail / F&B / hospitality industry

• Ability to build rapport with different levels in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and under pressure

• Knowledge in food safety and customer servicing skills will be an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people

• Proactive, self- motivated, well organized

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, preferably with knowledge in E-learning and video editing software applications
