Job Scope:
Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to customer and store requirements.
Pack, label, and display meat items neatly in the chilled section.
Check product freshness and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
Assist customers with meat selection, product information, and cooking recommendations.
Monitor stock levels and help with replenishment, inventory checks, and waste control.
Additional Information:
Minimum 3 years of experience in meat handling, butchery, or a related role.
Able to read product labels and follow food safety standards.
Knowledge of meat preparation, cutting, and handling techniques.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit to carry loads up to 10kg and assist with stock replenishment.
Customer-focused, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
