Responsibilities
Contract Duration: 6 months (1st Jul 2026 – 31st Dec 2026 )
Working days: 5 days per week
Working hours: 0830 – 1730 (Mon – Fri)
Scope of Work
Assisting the Accounts department with the following accounting functions.
1. Accounts Payable
a. Payments are accurately allocated to the correct projectand account code.
b. Sufficient records and supporting documents are attachedto each payment.
c. To process payment in according to the team request.
d. Filing of records (vouchers with supporting documents)are completed in a timely manner for subsequent review.
e. Assists in the entry of journal entries, bank and pettycash transactions.
