Position Overview

Our Client is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and coordinate M&E services within construction projects. The role involves active participation in project meetings, ensuring seamless communication with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the submission process of method statements, drawings, materials, and samples from subcontractors, tracking work progress effectively.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant safety standards, codes of practice, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in managing subcontractor documentation and work schedules, maintaining project timelines.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on M&E operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum of two years' experience in M&E or construction environments, preferably with industry exposure.
• Capable of working independently while maintaining effective communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently across teams.
• Availability for a five-and-a-half-day workweek.
