Housekeeping Supervisor (Rooms)

Duties:

• A hands-on person is required for this job
• Supervise the activities of room maids
• Assign apartments for room maids to clean, monitor and follow up on their work performance
• Check apartments before releasing for arrival of guests
• Attend to guests' feedback and request
• Conduct morning briefing to team of housekeeping staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a supervisory position from serviced apartment or hotels
• Minimum Secondary school, GCE ''N'' or "O" levels are welcome
• Hands-on person with cheerful personality, good communication skills and is PC literate
• Must be service-oriented and is able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Able to work on rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays
• Entry level candidates from hospitality management may apply
