Job Description:
• Processing of Quick Purchasing (QP)/Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for those with basic procurement knowledge.
• Provide administrative support e.g.: ensure all supporting documents are in place prior to routing to the team for processing.
• Reviewing of all the online purchase requests and to check against the catalog items and direct them to the appropriate channel – via Kyberlife / allowing online purchase.
• Consolidate all the Pcard/Vcard purchase request and work with finance to ensure timely processing.
• Assist Procurement Executive to follow up on the missing documents and to send reminder to requestor.
• Assist in other administrative work within procurement.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
