Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resources

Manage manpower, equipment, and material allocation across multiple sites

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to management

Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges effectively

Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors

Control project costs and support budget management

Coordinate procurement and logistics for site operations

Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations

Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement
