Role Description

• Handle billing functions, including verifying patients’ details, past invoices, appointment records, and payment history using Clinic Assist and Salesforce systems
• Assist with scheduling appointments, operating theatre bookings, ward admissions, and other related arrangements
• Manage patient enquiries and route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
• Advise patients on the availability of cashless payment options for their visits
• Submit insurance claims through various insurance portals
• Perform e-filing of patient records and manage patient communications
• Prepare instruments and assist the surgeon independently during minor surgical procedures
• Act as a chaperone for patients when required
• Training and guidance will be provided

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Friendly, positive, meticulous, and a strong team player
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Prior relevant clinic experience is preferred

Employment Details

• Annual Leave: 14 days
• Work Schedule: 5.5 working days per week
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Location: Direct access via Napier MRT (Thomson–East Coast Line)
