Requirements

  •   Minimum 1 years experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, Partnership Development, or related roles
  •  Proven track record in generating sales, securing partnerships, or developing new markets
  •  Strong network within corporate, retail, event, franchise, or commercial sectors is highly preferred
  •  Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  •  Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  •  Comfortable meeting business owners, managers, directors, and decision-makers
  •  Results-oriented with strong commercial awareness
  •  Possess own transport and willing to attend meetings when required

Salary Package

Basic Salary + Attractive Commission + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities

 We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development professional to expand our corporate client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive company growth.

This is NOT an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone who can independently identify opportunities, open doors, generate revenue, and contribute to the company’s expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Client Acquisition

  •  Develop new business opportunities and actively expand into new markets
  •  Identify and approach corporate clients, franchise brands, retail chains, shopping malls, event agencies, property developers, and commercial businesses
  •  Generate your own leads and business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and strategic partnerships
  •  Arrange meetings, presentations, and business discussions with decision-makers

Strategic Partnerships

  •  Develop partnerships with event companies, mall management teams, photographers, videographers, emcees, lion dance associations, franchise consultants, and related industries
  •  Explore joint venture opportunities and long-term collaboration models
  •  Create partnership programs that generate recurring revenue for the company

Sales & Revenue Growth

  •  Follow up on business opportunities and convert prospects into paying clients
  •  Prepare proposals and work closely with internal teams to secure projects
  •  Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
  •  Continuously identify new revenue streams and market opportunities

Business Expansion

  •  Assist the company in expanding into new territories and markets
  •  Research competitors, industry trends, and growth opportunities
  •  Propose and execute initiatives that contribute directly to revenue growth
