Qualifications

• Diploma or or its equivalent, Operations Management, Security Management, Facilities Management, or a related field. 
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage. 

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in operations, security services, facilities management, or related industries. 
• Experience managing multiple sites and large workforces is preferred. 
• Proven experience in client relationship management and operational coordination.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations at assigned sites. 
• Ensure all manpower requirements are fulfilled and deployed according to operational needs. 
• Monitor service quality and operational performance to meet client expectations. 
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure operational efficiency.

1. Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory requirements, and safety regulations. 
• Investigate incidents, accidents, complaints, and non-compliance issues. 
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. 
• Maintain accurate records of manpower deployment, attendance, incidents, and site activities.

Reporting Line

The Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager / General Manager and is responsible for ensuring that all assigned operations are conducted efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company and client requirements.
