Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Petaling Jaya. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ conditions, take detailed histories, perform physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs, as well as monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as needed. The role involves educating clients on injury prevention, posture, movement techniques, and home exercise programs to support sustainable improvement. The Physiotherapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with colleagues on complex cases, and contribute to a supportive, client-centered clinic culture.

Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in Physiotherapy, with current professional registration or eligibility to register with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Strong clinical assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills, with an evidence-based approach to musculoskeletal and rehabilitation care.
  • Ability to design and progress individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to diverse client needs and goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain clinical findings and treatment plans clearly and empathetically.
  • High standards of professionalism, ethical practice, and accurate clinical record-keeping.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative team environment and contributing to a positive, client-focused clinic culture.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, including managing a varied caseload and maintaining punctuality.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development, openness to feedback, and interest in learning new techniques and approaches.
  • Previous experience in private practice, sports, orthopedics, or rehabilitation settings is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated early-career candidates.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and adapt to clinic scheduling needs, including potential evening or weekend shifts as required.
