What You’ll Do
- Translate brand strategy into coherent visual and digital experiences
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end design development (brand & UX)
- Work closely with strategists to shape ideas, not just execute them
- Present and articulate your thinking clearly to internal teams and clients
- Contribute to research, analysis, and concept development
- Balance craft with practicality by designing work that is both considered and implementable
- Elevate the overall quality of work across projects
What We’re Looking For
Be a valuable team member by working with the Creative Team and Strategy Team on a diverse range of branding & business innovation projects.
- Work with a variety of B2B and B2C clients spanning various industry sectors
- Develop creative work to deliver both brand and digital experiences
- Support strategy team
- Happy to speak up and present your creative thinking to your colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the Tangible team
- Conduct customer and competitor analysis
- Research, develop and articulate great creative ideas
- Continually contribute to the quality of Tangible’s creative work
- Able to present your ideas well
- Detail oriented and organised
- Identify, share and contribute the content and thinking about branding, communications and UX related area
- A curious and questioning mind
- Singaporeans or PRs are preferred.
Skills & Experience
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in design, advertising or UX (brand, digital, or product design)
- Experience working across both brand identity Systems and UX design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to create:
- Brand identity systems
- Wireframes and prototypes
- UI design with strong visual craft
- Comfortable presenting ideas and storytelling through decks
- Experience in research or insight-driven design is a plus
- Comfortable presenting ideas and storytelling through decks
- Good written and oral communication skills
