Job Description:

• Monitor performance of business units and produce analytical reports
• Analyze and interpret business and financial statistics
• Support the preparation of regular reports and dashboards
• Assist in analyzing business data to identify trends and patterns
• Provide operational support to business units under the regional office
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems
• Maintain and update BI tools or Excel-based reporting files
Document data processes and reporting methodologies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation); knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage
• Good understanding of business reporting and data analysis concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling data and reports
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
