Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying potential leads, and catering to client financing needs. Daily tasks include assessing financing applications, providing tailored financing solutions, and ensuring satisfactory customer experiences. Collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing financing applications
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking
• Knowledge of financial products and solutions is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in customer-facing roles or the financial industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
