Note: This is a 3-months contract role, based at the client’s office and reporting directly to the client.
Overview
To support the creative team in the development and execution of high-quality visual, digital, motion, and video assets across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. The Studio Creative is responsible for producing engaging creative outputs that are aligned to brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and business needs, while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Area of Responsibilities;
- Creative Asset Development and Execution
- Execute creative assets for ATL, BTL, digital, social media, internal communication, and campaign requirements.
- Adapt and resize master creatives across different formats, platforms, and audience needs.
- Support the production of visual content from concept development to final artwork delivery.
- Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand identity, key messages, and design standards.
- Multiskill Creative Production
- Carry out work across multiple creative disciplines as needed, including graphic design, motion graphics, photography, filming, editing, post-production, UI, and digital design.
- Support the development of static, animated, and video-based assets for different business and campaign purposes.
- Assist in preparing files, formats, and outputs suitable for print, digital, and broadcast use.
- Creative Collaboration and Ideation
- Work closely with the Art Director, leads, and other team members to translate briefs into effective creative solutions.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
- Assist in refining concepts and recommending visual approaches that improve creative quality and campaign impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the final output meets brief expectations.
- Presentation and Communication
- Present creative work clearly and professionally in review sessions when required.
- Communicate progress, issues, and creative considerations effectively to team members and leads.
- Participate actively in meetings, feedback sessions, and review discussions.
- Support the team in explaining creative rationale and production decisions when necessary.
- Work Management and Delivery
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work based on urgency and business requirements.
- Deliver assignments within agreed timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain proper file handling, version control, and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Support fast turnaround requests without compromising creative standards.
- Teamwork and Continuous Improvement
- Work collaboratively in a team-based environment and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and a strong commitment to quality delivery.
- Be open to feedback, learning, and development across different creative disciplines.

Requirements
- Degree in Art, Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or related field
- 3–5+ year experience in an agency or creative environment
- UI experience is a plus
- Strong English communication (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong ownership and teamwork mindset
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Hybrid skillset (e.g. design, motion, video, UI) preferred
